FACELOCK CLOUD · PILOT ONBOARDING

Make the next sign-in
feel familiar.

Face verification for your team and the products you build. Give people a “Sign in with FaceLock” option, with company access managed in one place.

Standalone Chrome extension. No FaceLock desktop installation required. Organisations start at $500/year for 100 named users. Pilot availability and integration readiness are confirmed during onboarding.

Built around the way you work

From your internal tools to your own product.

Companies & IT teams

Add a convenient sign-in option to internal portals and everyday tools. Assign named seats, review the integration and remove future access when a person leaves.

Accountants & CA firms

Help staff return to client-work portals with a face check, and lock browser tabs when stepping away from a desk. Keep financial approvals behind your existing stronger controls.

Professional practices

Support consultants and other professional teams using appointment, project and document portals. Your application continues to decide which records each user can access.

Software & SaaS products

Offer a FaceLock login button alongside your existing account system. Connect through a server-side code exchange, without handing account passwords to FaceLock.

Ecommerce operations

Use face-assisted sign-in for approved fulfilment, support and operations users. Retain separate approval policies for payouts, refunds and sensitive customer-data actions.

Customer-facing products

Offer the same experience to explicitly enrolled customers with assigned seats. Plan your user count and account linking during onboarding; public visitor traffic is not an unlimited-use plan.

Sign in with FaceLock

A familiar face. A deliberate sign-in.

  1. Connect your productRegister the exact callback and add the FaceLock sign-in button to your application.
  2. Let the user reviewThe extension shows which organisation is requesting access and what identity details will be shared.
  3. Verify on the deviceThe user completes a fresh face check. Their registered device signs the specific login request.
  4. Create your sessionYour backend verifies the code and identity token, then applies your own account permissions.

Link an existing account through an authenticated account-linking step. FaceLock does not collect or submit your application's passwords.

Simple annual pricing

One price for every named user.

$5 / user / year

Minimum 100 seats. Minimum annual billing: $500 USD.

An assigned company seat covers FaceLock company sign-in. Users do not need a separate personal Browser subscription for that access. Taxes, where applicable, are specified in the quote.

Annual subscription examples in USD
SeatsAnnual total
100$500
150$750
500$2,500
1,000$5,000

Named seats are assigned by email. This is not unlimited customer authentication. Seat changes and annual renewal are agreed explicitly; there is no silent overage billing.

A managed start

Onboarding with your people and your product in mind.

  1. Share your legal organisation details, use case and billing and technical contacts.
  2. Confirm ownership and the authorised sponsor; review privacy, recovery and security requirements.
  3. Agree at least 100 named seats and the annual invoice.
  4. Register your product callback, securely receive your client credentials and test the integration.
  5. Assign users, complete acceptance checks and activate the organisation.

Domain ownership is reviewed; sharing an email domain never grants automatic access. Existing sessions in your product remain under your application's control.

Clear boundaries

Know what the verification means.

Webcam face matching with blink and head movement is a convenience check. The cloud verifies a registered device signature; it does not independently inspect a face or attest to hardware-backed biometrics. Use additional controls for privileged actions, financial approvals and high-assurance workflows.

Your face stays local. Face images and templates stay in the extension. FaceLock Cloud stores account, registered device, organisation membership, subscription and short-lived login records. Your product receives a verified email and an ID unique to its integration.

Browser privacy locking covers ordinary web tabs. It cannot protect Chrome settings, prevent extension removal, cover other profiles or replace the operating system's screen lock. Read the cloud privacy details.

Start with one team. Make the flow yours.

Is the personal Browser plan different?

Yes. FaceLock Browser is a standalone extension with a 7-day personal trial, followed by $15/year for one browser profile. Cloud organisation access is $5 per named user per year with a minimum of 100 seats.

Does this work on any website automatically?

Company sign-in requires that website or product to integrate FaceLock. We do not silently log into unrelated websites or collect their saved passwords.
